Wessex Cardiology Trainees

ACHD subspecialty training.

Dr Paisey has highlighted some important dates for those wishing to subspecialise in adult congenital heart disease.

There is likely to be availability to start subspecialty training at SGH in April 2020 and August 2020.

Those interested (even if not quite ready to start) are strongly encouraged to contact Dr Aisling Carroll at SGH to discuss this further.

Ivy Evening 11/11/2019.

Dear all,

I'm looking forward to seeing all of those whom have signed up for the Ivy Evening 11th November. It is a prompt 1900 start, please see here for the full agenda.

Unfortunately we have been significantly let down by one of the sponsors at the last minute (Friday 8th!) meaning that at this stage the meeting will be partly sponsored. We are working hard to organise full sponsorship tomorrow and currently there is £27.8 each towards the £38 + service meaning if we are unable to find further sponsorship the cost will be around £15 plus drinks.

As the meeting is full and people are currently on the waiting list please contact me urgently at gilpintr4290@doctors.org.uk if you are unable to attend/have changed your mind to allow others to take your place.

Cheers
Tom
